Criteria for a Factoring Facility
Invoice factoring is readily available in a number of formats to businesses that meet the 3 basic criteria. These are:
- Your business sells to other businesses. Lenders will not lend against invoices that are raised to consumers / private individuals.
- You offer your customers credit terms.
- You raise your invoices in arrears of delivering your product or service.
